Monthly fee includes applicable security subscription services and basic troubleshooting of included services. Extended troubleshooting, remediation or incident response services, new installations, project work, or consulting services are billed hourly when needed.
Thrive Cyber managed security services are not designed to replace daily IT support contracts for needs such as installation or troubleshooting of software, printing, wireless, internet or setting up new computers. Please reach out for ways we can connect you with our partners for these needs.
Additional consulting can be added monthly or one-time when needed.
Add-ons may require additional setup fees.
* Additional fee per device / computer for adding up to 3 computers per plan user. Machine must be used by a single user to stay on the given plan.
** Price per computer to be backed up. Workstation backup includes 300GB. Additional fees for storage beyond included figures. Restores and other recovery related activities are billed per hour. Disaster Recovery offered for supported Windows operating systems. Additional setup fee and hardware may be required depending on environmental details, internet speed and data size.
All protected systems must be running a supported operating system version and be capable of applying updates in a typical automated manor. Systems requiring manual remediation or otherwise not successfully updating in a typical patching window may require additional paid labor to be eligible for ongoing plan coverage.
Systems older than 5 years, experiencing software or hardware health issues, or running an unsupported configuration may not be eligible for plan coverage until resolved by an outside support or project engagement.
Mobile devices are encouraged to have automatic updates enabled and are not included in patching / updates monitoring or coverage. Reach out to our team for options on mobile device management and patching.
Pricing reflects integration with a new or existing Microsoft 365 email domain. For clients needing integration with Google Workspace select service substitutions and license additions are required at additional cost.
Plans are designed for use on Windows, MacOS, Android and iOS. Limited support for Chromebooks and Linux beyond Email and Cloud protection.
Backups of Cloud and local systems are strongly encouraged to decrease recovery time frames in the event of a disaster or incident. Backups are NOT included in any plans but are available as an add-on option. In 90% of cases, businesses who are unable to recover within 10 days (due to lack of a business continuity strategy) close their doors within 1 year.
*** Regulated industry clients may need specific add-ons for compliance, reporting, vulnerability management and / or consulting beyond what is listed above. Our team can help you build the right plan for your environment.
**** Periodic penetration testing is based on the number of network accessible devices and requires a Windows PC with adequate available resources to host the testing environment.
All sizing and pricing tables are designed to help estimate plan costs based on users, computers and desired features. Final pricing to be determined together with Thrive Cyber in accordance with environment, industry and technical requirements.
